Job Description

As a kitchen renovation contractor, you will be responsible for successfully planning, organizing and coordinating renovation projects. You will ensure that work is performed efficiently, quality is ensured and project schedules are met. You will work closely with the project team, consisting of various tradesmen, to ensure that renovations run smoothly and stay within set budgets.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a contractor in the construction or renovation industry, preferably focused on kitchen renovations.
  • Extensive knowledge of kitchen renovations, including technical aspects and finishes.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to plan and coordinate projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem solving ability.
  • Stress resistance and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • In possession of a driver's license B.
  • Possession of relevant professional certificates and/or diplomas is a plus.

  • Establish and monitor project schedule, including creating work schedules and managing required resources.
  • Coordinate and manage the project team, including carpenters, plumbers and electricians.
  • Ensure efficient deployment of personnel, materials and equipment.
  • Oversee the progress and quality of work, having an eye for detail and finish.
  • Maintain contacts with clients, suppliers and other interested parties.
  • Monitor budgets and costs of projects.
  • Identifying any bottlenecks and proactively seeking solutions.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with applicable guidelines and regulations.
