Job Description
As an electrician in maintenance and renovations, you will be responsible for performing electrical installations, repairs and maintenance work on homes and buildings. You will work both independently and as part of a team and contribute to ensuring a safe and functioning electrical infrastructure.

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an electrician in the maintenance and/or renovation industry.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical installations, wiring and equipment.
• Understanding of construction drawings and electrical schematics.
• Able to independently detect and correct malfunctions.
• Flexible and willing to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• In possession of relevant professional certificates and/or diplomas.
• In possession of a driver's license B.

Duties and responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations, repairs and maintenance work on residential and commercial buildings.
• Independently perform diagnostic work and electrical troubleshooting.
• Install and connect electrical wiring, switches, outlets, lighting and other electrical equipment.
• Replacing-and connecting-new meter boxes.
• Compliance with applicable safety regulations and guidelines.
• Carry out inspections and controls to ensure the safety and compliance of sub-electrical installations.
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as plumbers, carpenters and painters, to bring joint projects to a successful conclusion.
• Preparation of reports and documentation related to work performed.
