Works performed:

The work included complete demolition and stripping of the existing office furnishings and fittings.

Reconfiguration of internal layout, insulation upgrades, installation of bathroom and toilet, kitchen installation, etc.

How we added value:

Leinster's in-house team completed all electrical, plumbing, carpentry, tiling, plastering, painting and flooring work within a 16-week period, from start to finish

Mechanical and electrical work was performed by a third party. The Leinster team worked efficiently with the contractor to ensure that our work program ran smoothly and that the project was delivered on time and on budget.
