Leinster Realty Maintenance B.V. is competitive in everything without sacrificing quality

Leinster Property Maintenance B.V. is the sister company of Leinster Property Services which is based in Dublin Ireland. As of September 2019, Leinster is also active in the Netherlands.

Leinster Netherlands focuses on maintenance and renovations of mainly private homes managed by real estate investors. Maintenance consists of all kinds of interior repair work. The renovations mainly focus on modernizing homes, mostly kitchens and bathrooms. But also laying floors, painting and various electrical and plumbing work. We also provide our services to commercial properties if required.

One of Leinster's strengths is flexibility. This allows us to respond quickly to new requests in the market such as the sustainable insulation of cavity walls, replacement of window frames with HR++ glass and installation of solar panels. We also accept project assignments such as installing/replacing smoke detectors, cleaning gutters or replacing lighting in common areas.

Our Dutch office is in Almere where we also have our warehouse of about 600m2. Our operations are spread all over the Netherlands.

AUTOMATION

With some 35 buses on the road throughout the Netherlands, we use a GPS tracking system. We know at all times which specialist is exactly where in the Netherlands and can quickly provide information or respond to requests if required.

Our office is efficiently set up with an advanced ERP system: Digital Office. This automated system helps to tie together all facets of our business operations from the first request for a quotation to the last invoice. This includes scheduling, use of products and equipment, employability of specialists and signing off on jobs on site.
